Hoya pubens merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Vietnam. Nama ilmiah Hoya pubens diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Julien Noël Costantin pada tahun 1912.
