Hoya spartioides merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Apocynaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel di batang tumbuhan lain (epifit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan. Nama ilmiah Hoya spartioides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Bentham pada tahun 2001.
