Hoya vitiensis subsp. parksii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Fiji (Viti Levu). Nama ilmiah Hoya vitiensis subsp. parksii mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2019.
