Huernia longii merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape bagian tenggara. Nama ilmiah Huernia longii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Neville Stuart Pillans pada tahun 1939.
