Huertea cubensis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Tapisciaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko tengah hingga Amerika tengah, Greater Antilles. Nama ilmiah Huertea cubensis diperkenalkan oleh August Heinrich Rudolf Grisebach pada tahun 1866.
