Huperzia buesii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Huperzia buesii diperkenalkan oleh Wilhelm(Guillermo) Gustav(o) Franz(Francis) Herter pada tahun 1994.
