Huperzia ceylanica merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari anak benua India hingga China (Yunnan barat laut). Nama ilmiah Huperzia ceylanica diperkenalkan oleh Antoine Frédéric Spring pada tahun 1951.
