Huperzia dianae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Kolombia (Antioquia). Nama ilmiah Huperzia dianae diperkenalkan oleh Wilhelm(Guillermo) Gustav(o) Franz(Francis) Herter pada tahun 1987.
