Huperzia firma merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia, Venezuela (Táchira), hingga Ekuador selatan. Nama ilmiah Huperzia firma diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Alexander Karl Heinrich Braun pada tahun 1985.
