Huperzia holstii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kenya hingga Tanzania. Nama ilmiah Huperzia holstii diperkenalkan oleh Georg Hans Emmo Wolfgang Hieronymus pada tahun 1968.
