Huperzia lignosa merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Kolombia. Nama ilmiah Huperzia lignosa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Wilhelm(Guillermo) Gustav(o) Franz(Francis) Herter pada tahun 1985.
