Huperzia lockyeri merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Queensland timur laut. Nama ilmiah Huperzia lockyeri diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama David Lloyd Jones pada tahun 1991.
