Huperzia lockyeri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Queensland timur laut. Nama ilmiah Huperzia lockyeri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis David Lloyd Jones pada tahun 1991.
