Huperzia meghalaica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Assam hingga Myanmar. Nama ilmiah Huperzia meghalaica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Christopher Roy Fraser-Jenkins pada tahun 2015.
