Huperzia mooreana merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil timur. Nama ilmiah Huperzia mooreana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1985.
