Huperzia oceanica merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel di batang tumbuhan lain (epifit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Vanuatu. Nama ilmiah Huperzia oceanica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Wilhelm(Guillermo) Gustav(o) Franz(Francis) Herter pada tahun 1985.
