Huperzia parksii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel di batang tumbuhan lain (epifit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Vanuatu, Fiji (Viti Levu). Nama ilmiah Huperzia parksii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Edwin Bingham Copeland pada tahun 1985.
