Huperzia quadriforiata (Bory ex Duperr) Rothm.

Huperzia quadriforiata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil. Nama ilmiah Huperzia quadriforiata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jean Baptiste Bory de Saint-Vincent pada tahun 1944.
