Huperzia samoana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Samoa. Nama ilmiah Huperzia samoana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Wilhelm(Guillermo) Gustav(o) Franz(Francis) Herter pada tahun 1985.
