Huperzia schlimii merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Kolombia timur laut. Nama ilmiah Huperzia schlimii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Wilhelm(Guillermo) Gustav(o) Franz(Francis) Herter pada tahun 1987.
