Huperzia ulei merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Rep. Dominika. Nama ilmiah Huperzia ulei diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Wilhelm(Guillermo) Gustav(o) Franz(Francis) Herter pada tahun 1985.
