Huperzia warneckei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari kawasan tropis Afrika bagian barat hingga Tanzania. Nama ilmiah Huperzia warneckei diperkenalkan oleh Wilhelm(Guillermo) Gustav(o) Franz(Francis) Herter pada tahun 1968.
