Hydrophyllum fendleri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dwimusim atau menahun dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat barat laut dan barat-tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan fendler's waterleaf. Nama ilmiah Hydrophyllum fendleri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Asa Gray pada tahun 1897.
