Hydrostachys stolonifera merupakan tumbuhan air (hidrofit) dari famili Hydrostachyaceae yang hidup menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Hydrostachys stolonifera pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1885.
