Hypericophyllum multicaule merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Guinea, Pantai Gading, hingga Kamerun. Nama ilmiah Hypericophyllum multicaule diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Hutchinson pada tahun 1907.
