Hypericum ekmanii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Hypericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Rep. Dominika (Sierra de Ocoa). Nama ilmiah Hypericum ekmanii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Henri Alain Liogier pada tahun 1980.
