Hypericum erectum f. perforatum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Hypericaceae yang tumbuh dalam bentuk perdu kecil atau semak. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Jepang (Shikoku). Nama ilmiah Hypericum erectum f. perforatum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Yojiro Kimura pada tahun 1951.
