Hypericum macgregorii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Hypericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Papua tenggara Papua. Nama ilmiah Hypericum macgregorii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ferdinand von Mueller pada tahun 1889.
