Hypericum nikkoense merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Hypericaceae yang tumbuh dalam bentuk perdu kecil atau semak. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Jepang (Honshu tengah). Nama ilmiah Hypericum nikkoense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Tomitaro Makino pada tahun 1904.
