Hypericum polyphyllum merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Hypericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Türkiye selatan hingga Suriah barat laut. Nama ilmiah Hypericum polyphyllum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1856.
