Hypericum pulchrum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Hypericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa barat dan barat laut hingga Kroasia barat laut. Nama ilmiah Hypericum pulchrum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carolus Linnaeus dalam Species Plantarum tahun 1753.
