Hypochaeris petiolaris adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Uruguay selatan hingga Argentina utara dan timur. Nama ilmiah Hypochaeris petiolaris diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama William Jackson Hooker pada tahun 1879.
