Hypoestes forskaolii subsp. hildebrandtii merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari kawasan tropis Afrika bagian timur laut hingga Kenya. Nama ilmiah Hypoestes forskaolii subsp. hildebrandtii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gustav Lindau pada tahun 2010.
