Hypoestes involucrata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah India timur. Nama ilmiah Hypoestes involucrata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johann Jacob Roemer pada tahun 1817.
