Hypolepis mitis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Dennstaedtiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Brazil timur dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Hypolepis mitis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gustav Kunze pada tahun 1869.
