Hypoxis goetzei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Hypoxidaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kenya barat daya hingga kawasan tropis Afrika bagian selatan. Nama ilmiah Hypoxis goetzei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Hermann Harms pada tahun 1901.
