Hypoxis muhilensis subsp. kansimbensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Hypoxidaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah RD Kongo tenggara. Nama ilmiah Hypoxis muhilensis subsp. kansimbensis pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1997.
