Ilex angustissima adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Aquifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Ilex angustissima pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Siegfried Reisseck pada tahun 1861.
