Ilex bahiahondica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Aquifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Kuba. Nama ilmiah Ilex bahiahondica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ludwig Eduard Theodor Loesener pada tahun 2004.
