Ilex friburgensis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Aquifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil tenggara. Nama ilmiah Ilex friburgensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ludwig Eduard Theodor Loesener pada tahun 1901.
