Ilex gansuensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Aquifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Gansu). Nama ilmiah Ilex gansuensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis De Yuan Hong pada tahun 2015.
