Ilex hypaneura adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Aquifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kuba tenggara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan luquillo mountain holly. Nama ilmiah Ilex hypaneura diperkenalkan oleh Ludwig Eduard Theodor Loesener pada tahun 1892.
