Ilex lihuaiensis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Aquifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Guizhou selatan). Nama ilmiah Ilex lihuaiensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Theodore Robert Dudley pada tahun 1991.
