Ilex megaphylla merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Aquifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan (Sarawak). Nama ilmiah Ilex megaphylla diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Susyn M. Andrews pada tahun 1998.
