Ilex mesilauensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Aquifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan (Sabah). Nama ilmiah Ilex mesilauensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Susyn M. Andrews pada tahun 1998.
