Ilex microsticta adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Aquifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Ilex microsticta pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ludwig Eduard Theodor Loesener pada tahun 1905.
