Ilex prostrata merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Aquifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais: Serra do Cipó). Nama ilmiah Ilex prostrata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Milton Groppo pada tahun 2002.
