Ilex subcrenata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Aquifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China (Guangxi utara). Nama ilmiah Ilex subcrenata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Shiu-Ying Hu pada tahun 1951.
