Ilex tetramera adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Aquifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China selatan. Nama ilmiah Ilex tetramera pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alfred Rehder pada tahun 1981.
