Illicium ekmanii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Schisandraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Hispaniola. Nama ilmiah Illicium ekmanii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Albert Charles Smith pada tahun 1947.
