Impatiens hirsuta merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Balsaminaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Jawa. Nama ilmiah Impatiens hirsuta pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Ludwig Blume pada tahun 1840.
